Job Title: ENM IP/OP Medical Coder

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Salary: Up to 55,000 per month
Certification: Certified Medical Coder Mandatory

Job Responsibilities

- Review and analyze medical records for accurate ENM coding.
- Assign appropriate CPT, ICD-10-CM and HCPCS codes based on documentation.
- Handle both Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP) coding.
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with official coding guidelines.
- Identify missing or unclear documentation and follow appropriate clarification processes.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards as per client requirements.
- Stay updated with coding guidelines, regulations and annual code changes.

Eligibility

- Minimum 1 year of relevant medical coding experience.
- Certified Medical Coder candidates only.
- Robust knowledge of ENM coding concepts and guidelines.
- Good understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Willing to work from the Hyderabad location.
