Role & responsibilities

- Perform accurate Civil Quantity Take-Off from GFC / IFC drawings.
- Extract quantities from PDF, AutoCAD 2D and DWG drawings using CostX / PlanSwift.
- Develop and maintain digital measurement workbooks and take-off models.
- Prepare, submit and certify Client / Customer Invoices as per contractual requirements.
- Prepare and submit Labour Bills, Sub-Contractor Bills, NMR Labour Bills and P&M; Bills.
- Prepare Labour Bill vs. Client Bill reconciliation.
- Prepare Raw Material vs. Client Bill reconciliation.
- Prepare MIS, CTC and project billing reports.
- Prepare Zero Cost (ZC) statements/reports.
- Ensure accurate quantity measurement, billing documentation and contractual compliance.
