The role will work closely with hiring managers, maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment data, and help deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources (HR) - 2024 / 2025 / 2026 pass-outs preferred
- Strong interest in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Positive negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously
- Team player with strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing,
and onboarding support)
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals)
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable profiles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate database in ATS/Excel trackers
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
- Support in bulk hiring and campus recruitment activities when required
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future requirements
- Assist senior recruiters in closing positions within defined timelines
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
