A4Staffing is looking for a motivated and results oriented OPT Recruiter to join our US and Canada Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in US/ Canada IT recruitment, strong candidate engagement skills, and the ability to drive candidates successfully through the recruitment and placement process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified H1B, STEM OPT USC, GC, and H4 EAD candidates (IT & NON IT )
- Good hold in filling bench both on C2C & Full time (FTM)
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, databases, referrals, and networking.
- Establish strong relationships with candidates and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews, interview preparation, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate interest and commitment until successful placement.
- Understand candidate profiles, experience, skills, availability, and job preferences.
- Negotiate effectively and address candidate concerns during the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, trackers, and daily recruitment reports.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets.
Required Skills
- 3 TO 7 years of experience in US IT Staffing and CANADA IT Staffing.
- Strong knowledge of US and Canada recruitment processes and work authorization.
- Excellent sourcing, negotiation, follow-up, and candidate relationship skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Team-handling experience is an added advantage.
