Job Description :
Design and manage ServiceNow table structures, including custom tables, table extensions, dictionary entries, relationships, and database views.
Develop and maintain data import/export pipelines using ServiceNow Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Sources.
Build and optimize complex queries using GlideRecord, GlideAggregate, and encoded query syntax; identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in database operations.
