Core Skills

- BI skills
- GCP Looker Developer
- Data Validation & Testing
- Dashboard development
- Power BI/Tableau/other BI tools - good to have.

Considerations:

- If the candidate has:
- Good BI experience (gather requirements, understand data, developing metrics and dashboards, data validation & testing) with other tools like Power BI/Tableau/QuickSight etc
- Experience with SQL
- Positive communication skills and some exposure to GCP
- We can consider such candidates. If we feel they are adaptable and quick learner, we can train on Looker skillset
