You will be responsible for leading a team of Trust and Safety resources, inclusive of content moderators and responsible AI practitioners whose role rrole is analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and or investigating, escalating and or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system and or creating prompts to interrogate large language models, evaluating their responses, and contributing to the development of a baseline understanding of responsible AI issues for generative AI. Due to the nature of the of the role, the individuals and you may be exposed to objectionable or disturbing content, flashing lights,



or contrasting light and dark patterns.The Trust Safety team does meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, you may be directly or inadvertently exposed to, work with, view, or proactively engage with potentially disturbing
What are we looking for More than 5 years of relevant supervisory experience Experience managing or supporting productivity-driven operation Ability to learn quickly through self-study, classroom, and hands-on experience Strong analytical skills to drive RCAs and come up with out of the box solutions Strong communication skills with all levels of employees and management Ability to perform special projects as needed in addition to daily responsibilities Flexibility to work in different shifts and overtime or swing shifts as needed. Ability to organize staff and supervise workload
Roles and Responsibilities:



Site Quality performance ensuring accuracy targets and met and exceeded month on month Drive and maintain the rigour on Quality framework Ensuring smooth function of the training function based on the set processes Meeting and exceeding QTP KPIs and internal or external set goals Developing people Develop and maintain positive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders Coordinating and managing assigned capability roles Accountable for handling multiple market complex data Identifies, assesses and resolves complex business problems or issues and provides alternative scenarios. Allocates resources and responsibilities across team to deliver business results and develop team members. Evaluates direct reports and provides formal counseling and mentoring to staff. Review, classify and or remove, work with, view, or proactively engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels; improve prompt perturbation techniques for interrogating large language models Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines Investigate, resolve, research and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team to optimize the team s processes and increase efficiencyStrong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills Excellent comprehension, communication, and (insert language) skills Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies Strong attention to detail Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams Strong critical thinking and decision-making (approval or rejection) skills , designed specifically for the Trust Safety community, provides valuable skills to promote individual and collective well being.
