The Trust and Safety offering within Accenture helps keep the internet safe and helps platform companies accelerate, scale, and improve their businesses.You will be supporting work done by Content Moderation and other Trust Safety resources whose role includes analyzing, working with, viewing and proactively engaging with user profiles, audio, videos, and text based content and or investigating, escalating and or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system.rust Safety is meaningful work that helps keep the internet secure. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, you may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially disturbing, objectionable, anand sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). This role is not intended to analyze, work with, view or proactively engage with sensitive or disturbing content as part of the role. However, given the role may be in proximity to Trust Safety roles that do review content, there is a potential for you to experience indirect exposure to content.
What are we looking for Technical:



Strong understanding of WFM Concepts and tools Proficiency in Advance Excel and SQL and data manipulation for WFM reporting Experience with Excel-based scheduling models and dashboards. Exposure to BI tools like Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI is a plus. WFM experience as Schedular, RTAs, Capacity planning, Forecasting, etc.
