Job Description:

- BE Electrical or equivalent with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience

- Design Management for all Electrical Systems for new and refurbishment projects
- Electrical System design for Commercial Office Buildings and campuses High side and Low side
- Design and execution of UPS Systems DG Back up power systems HSD yard Substations for campuses interior and exterior lighting
- Review and optimization of design BOQ specifications for all works
- Upgrade standards and specifications from time to time to remain relevant and in line with code requirements NBC 2016 ECBC USGBC LEED and other applicable codes and green building guidelines
- Technical and Commercial evaluation of vendor proposals and preparation of comparisons and recommendation
- Manage execution with help of vendor partners for successful and timely completion of the projects
- Manage the complete life cycle from design to commissioning independently
- Identifying opportunities for retrofits improvements in campus in line with organization s set standards
- Oversee operations quality and drive Operations Excellence
- Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses
- Manage other Infrastructure related works
