- Monitor enterprise infrastructure applications and network services through command center tools
- Identify triage and escalate critical incidents as per defined procedures
- Coordinate bridge calls during major incidents and outages
- Track incidents through resolution and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Analyze alerts and events to minimize service disruptions
- Provide real time status updates to stakeholders and management teams
- Maintain incident logs reports and operational dashboards
- Work closely with infrastructure network application and support teams for issue resolution
- Support problem management activities by identifying recurring issues and trends
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for Incident Event and Change Management
