- Install configure administer and support middleware platforms such as WebSphere WebLogic JBoss and Tomcat
- Deploy applications across development test and production environments
- Monitor middleware servers and ensure optimal performance and availability
- Troubleshoot application middleware and infrastructure related issues
- Perform server upgrades patching and maintenance activities
- Configure and maintain web servers SSL certificates and load balancers
- Work closely with application database and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
- Automate routine operational tasks using scripting tools
- Support incident problem and change management processes as per ITIL standards
- Maintain technical documentation deployment procedures and operational runbooks
