- Drive the design management function for multiple infrastructure projects across India driving design excellence workplace innovation sustainability and execution readiness for campus developments workplace transformations fit outs and infrastructure projects
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead design management for Corporate Fit outs Green field Office Buildings Workplace Transformation and Infrastructure Projects for locations in India
- Manage the design lifecycle from Concept Schematic Design Detailed Design Tender Documentation and GFC deliverables
- Review and optimize drawings BOQs specifications and technical documentation to enhance quality functionality constructability and cost efficiency
- Establish and maintain design standards specifications and governance frameworks aligned with NBC 2016 ECBC IGBC LEED sustainability goals and organizational requirements
- Coordinate with Architects PMCs Consultants Contractors and multidisciplinary teams including MEP Technology
- Conduct design reviews and site audits to ensure adherence to approved design intent and timely resolution of design and execution issues
- Drive value engineering innovation new materials adoption workplace strategies and sustainability focused solutions
- Monitor design progress identify risks proactively and ensure timely closure of key deliverables
- Ensure effective documentation communication and alignment with business project and operational stakeholders
