- We are seeking a skilled PLM Windchill Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience in PTC Windchill PLM implementations customization configuration and support
- The ideal candidate should have hands on expertise in Product Lifecycle Management processes CAD integration workflows change management and data migration activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure customize and support PTC Windchill PLM solutions
- Work on Windchill modules such as Parts Documents Change Management and Workflows
- Develop and maintain Windchill customizations using Java JSP and APIs
- Perform data migration BOM management and product structure management
- Integrate Windchill with CAD tools such as Creo and other enterprise applications
- Configure lifecycles workflows access controls and organizational structures
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windchill application issues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide PLM solutions
- Support system upgrades deployments and performance optimization
- Prepare technical documentation and provide end user training
Technical Requirements:
- Robust experience in Windchill PLM
- Knowledge of Product Data Management PDM and Product Lifecycle Management PLM
- Experience with Windchill customization and configuration
- Hands on experience with Windchill Workflows and Change Management
- Knowledge of Windchill PDMLink and Parts Management
- Experience in Java JSP XML and Windchill APIs
- Understanding of CAD integrations preferably Creo
- Knowledge of SQL databases and data migration processes
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Additional Responsibilities:
- Experience in Windchill upgrades and migration projects
- Understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
- Windchill certification is an added advantage
