Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Presales Consultant Network & Security to work as an Individual Contributor and lead customer engagements across Networking and Cybersecurity solutions.

The role involves understanding customer requirements, designing end-to-end solution architectures, developing technical proposals, supporting RFP/RFI responses, and working closely with Sales, OEM, and Delivery teams to develop winning solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements into scalable Networking & Security solutions.
- Design and propose end-to-end solutions covering Enterprise Networking, Wireless, Network Access Control, Network Security, and Cybersecurity.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, BoQs, HLDs, LLDs, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Work closely with Sales, OEMs, and Delivery teams to develop effective solution strategies.
- Present technical solutions and value propositions to CXO, CTO, and senior IT stakeholders.
- Provide technology advisory and recommend best-fit solutions based on customer requirements and industry trends.
- Drive solution positioning, differentiation, and competitive value propositions.
- Support commercial discussions, including solution costing, sizing, and optimization.
- Participate in large enterprise pursuits and contribute to opportunity closure.

Required Skills & Competencies

- 5-8 years of experience in Networking & Security Presales.
- Solid experience in solution design and technical architecture.
- Proven experience in preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
- Strong customer-facing presentation and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of enterprise network architecture and cybersecurity solutions.
- Good knowledge of integrating networking and security solutions.
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and modern security architectures.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align technology solutions with business value.
- Knowledge of solution costing, optimization, and competitive positioning.
- Awareness of emerging technologies such as Zero Trust, SASE, XDR, SDN, and Cloud Security.
- Strong stakeholder management and consensus-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor while collaborating with pursuit teams.
