Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. AR Caller to join our healthcare team in Chennai (Near Egmore). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding claims, and working closely with insurance companies to resolve payment issues.

Responsibilities

- Manage and resolve accounts receivable for healthcare claims.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Analyze and interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) to ensure accurate billing and collections.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all communication and follow-up actions taken on accounts.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
- Meet or exceed monthly collection goals and KPIs.

Skills and Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or medical billing in the US healthcare sector.




- Experience in Recon and identifying revenue leakage
- Payment and underpayment analysis
- Solid understanding of US healthcare billing processes and insurance verification.
- Proficient in using billing software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary: Will be matched according to previous salary and experience

Work Location: Near Egmore, Chennai.

Shift timings : 7.00pm - 3.45am / 8.00pm - 4.45am
