Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality standards are met.
- Analyze data and produce reports on quality metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards).
- Robust analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
