- Analyze business requirements functional specifications and user stories
- Design and execute test scenarios test cases and test scripts for PEGA applications
- Perform Functional Regression System Integration End to End and User Acceptance Testing UAT
- Validate PEGA workflows business rules case management processes decision tables and SLAs
- Test PEGA applications for workflow routing case lifecycle management and business process automation
- Perform API and web service testing for PEGA integrations
- Conduct database validation and data reconciliation testing
- Identify log track and retest defects through closure
- Work closely with development and business teams to resolve issues
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
- Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics
