Job Description:

Develop and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy aligned with business objectives.

Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.

Lead Performance Marketing, Brand, CRO, SEO, CRM, Social Media, Influencer, Affiliate, and Content functions.

Build and strengthen brand positioning, brand awareness, and customer experience.

Develop strategies to improve customer retention, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.

Own marketing budgets and ensure productive allocation of marketing spend and ROI.

Manage marketing agencies, vendors, influencers, affiliates, and strategic partnerships.

Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

Establish marketing processes, priorities, targets, and performance standards.

Use customer insights, market trends, analytics, and business data to drive marketing decisions.

Identify new customer segments, channels, partnerships, and opportunities for business growth.

Work closely with the CEO/Founder, E-commerce, Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service teams.

Ensure consistent brand communication across all customer touchpoints.
