Sales Officer - Beauty & Personal Care - Vijayawada- 3+ Years

We are looking for a sales professional with 3+ years of experience in the salon, beauty, skincare, haircare, or personal care industry. The role requires strong territory management, sales and collection expertise, dealer coordination, and customer relationship skills. You will drive business growth, visibility, and execution across assigned channels and customers.

Achieving sales and collection targets through close coordination with teams, dealers, and sales partners.

Driving visibility targets in line with brand priorities and developing territory-level visibility plans.

Planning and achieving primary and secondary sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.

Implementing schemes and promotional activities across the assigned territory.

Maintaining accurate sales, customer, and sales-point data.

Ensuring financial discipline across the assigned territory and channels.

Requirements

Holding 3+ years of experience in sales or territory management.

Having relevant industry exposure in salon, beauty, skincare, haircare, or personal care.





Demonstrating experience in sales target achievement, collections, and territory management.

Having solid dealer, distributor, salon, and customer relationship management skills.

Possessing good negotiation, communication, and market execution abilities.

Being comfortable managing primary and secondary sales targets.

Having strong understanding of visibility, promotions, and channel execution.
