Client Servicing - Support Specialist (KYC) - 5-8 Years - Pune

Support end-to-end client onboarding, ongoing KYC due diligence, client record management, client reporting and investor questionnaire processes across regional markets . Requires process ownership, attention to detail, and close coordination with other teams such as - Compliance, Legal, Investments, Operations, Sales, etc.

Location: Pune

Responsibilities:

1. Client Onboarding and KYC- Manage client onboarding across jurisdictions, including KYC/AML documents, tax forms, and beneficial ownership records

2. Legacy Client Record Maintenance - Review and remediate historical client records across CRM, KYC, and document-management systems

3. Investor Questionnaires and Content Management - Manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, due-diligence, operational due-diligence, and platform questionnaires.

4. Client Reporting - To prepare monthly client review decks and some client reports

5. Miscellaneous - To perform any miscellaneous support activities where required / when assigned

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience in client onboarding / KYC and AML operations / client data management / client service / investor questionnaire support/ client reporting
- Understanding of one or more of these jurisdictions - Luxembourg/EU/UK, the US, Singapore, and Hong Kong
- Familiarity with entity documentation, beneficial ownership structures, screening, and periodic KYC review processes
- Attention to detail, stakeholder coordination, communication, and deadline-management skills




- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
