Business Analytics, or a comparable Finance function.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis with confidence in handling P&L;, Balance sheet and Cashflow transactionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modelling and interpretation of complex business dataAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SAP, and financial reporting tools as well as strong digital acumen and experience in using AI toolsExperience developing and maintaining KPI dashboards, management reports, and data-driven insights for business stakeholdersHigh intercultural and social competence with ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in a global matrix organization and to communicate financial information clearlySelf-motivated and proactive team player with a robust ownership mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
