Candidates from Infrastructure sector (Renewable Energy, Energy Transition, Storage, Roads & Highways, Data Centers etc.) background will be preferred. Preparing high-quality reviews preparation such as Annual and Quarterly Reviews, assistance in new and enhancement transactions, waivers and amendment memos etc. Candidates need to have full control over financial models for Projections, valuation using different valuation approaches such as relative valuation, DCF, replacement cost, etc. Manage the due diligence process.Analyzing global geo political issues, Industry research and legal and regulatory framework to help prepare high-quality memos for various infrastructure portfolio.



Interaction with stakeholders both internal and external would be a key requirement.Candidate will need to manage multiple mandates and juggle deliverables under tight client deadlines Candidate should be willing to work in all of the sub sectors within Infrastructure sector.In this role, you’re expected to:Conduct due diligence and credit risk assessments, including technical and financial analysisBuild and maintain financial models for projects finance transactionsAnalyze and identify risks, recommending protective structures for transactionsPrepare credit memorandums and other ad hoc credit reportsSupport transaction execution and system set-upManage credit exposure, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsStay informed on client industry trends and risksReviewing and providing recommendation on the risk raking across this sectorPartnership with applicable regional and industry stakeholders in BCMA and Independent Risk in the implementation of credit assessment and monitoring standards for applicable portfoliosSupport Risk Analysis Voice of the Employee (VOE) initiativesTravel (less than 10%)As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:3-6 years relevant working in the Project Finance field- funding large infrastructure projects and must have strong financial modelling skillStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsExperience in financial services or consultingUnderstanding of credit risk management and commercial requirementsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented,



with strong organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExperience in project & infrastructure financeStrong networking skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesUnderstanding of global banking practicesEducation:MBA (Finance), PGDBM, CA or CFAThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
