As a Principal Architect, you will leverage your extensive technical expertise and strategic thinking to shape innovative design solutions while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Lead the development and execution of comprehensive architectural strategies and design methodologies for complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client objectivesPrepare, review, and approve detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation, maintaining the highest standards of quality and precisionIndependently perform advanced technical assignments of varying complexity within approved schedules and budgets, demonstrating analytical rigor and decisive problem-solvingCoordinate technical and administrative activities across multiple disciplines and departments, fostering transparent communication and collaborative partnershipsMentor, train, and evaluate architectural and design/drafting personnel, providing constructive feedback and supporting their professional developmentReview and approve conceptual designs, offering strategic guidance and innovative recommendations to enhance project outcomesMaintain effective liaison with design, drafting, and engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration of architectural vision with technical executionAssist in developing and implementing new architectural methods, techniques, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovationManage stakeholder relationships and communicate complex architectural concepts to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and project successEnsure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout all project phasesQualificationsEducation:Bachelor of Architecture or Master's degree in Architecture is requiredExperience:Minimum 8-12 years of professional experience in architecture, design,
