Delivery Leader - DevSecOps Platform EngineeringLocation: Bangalore, IndiaExperience: 12+ YearsRole SummaryLead the enterprise DevSecOps function responsible for enabling secure, automated, scalable, and reliable software delivery across application portfolios. The role will own DevSecOps platforms, Azure application hosting services, CI/CD capabilities, security tooling, observability, monitoring, and engineering governance to support development, QA, Path-to-Production, and Release Management organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and govern enterprise CI/CD platforms and deployment automation.Drive Azure platform standards, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code adoption.Manage DevSecOps tooling, engineering platforms, and associated services.Establish and maintain security controls including code scanning, vulnerability management, and compliance reporting.Lead observability and monitoring capabilities including dashboards, logging, alerting, and operational metrics.Define engineering standards, best practices, and platform governance.Partner with Development, QA, P2P, Release Management, Security, and Infrastructure teams.Drive continuous improvement in deployment reliability, security posture,
