Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesKey Deliverables1. Good knowledge on ECAD Wiring Harness routing in Catia V52. Hands on in Creation of 3D Part Models, Electrification of connectors, supports and channels, maintenance of Electrical Library3. Hands on in creating installation and fitment drawing4. Positive knowledge on conducting DMU, DFA/S analysis done as per interface Matrix etc.5. Preparing BOM, spec, conduction of peer-peer reviews6. Knowledge on harness component selection such as retainers, cable sizing & protection, grommets etc7. Vehicle build support, Fitment Trails and issues resolution.8. Supplier & Cross functional team handling for all E&E; interface and development activities.9. Benchmarking & Generation of VAVE ideas for better product performance,quality,cost & weight.10. Good communication, negotiation skills11.
