Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.Department OverviewHR InternJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesOnboarding: Help prepare welcome kits, set up new hire orientations, and ensure all "Day 1" documentation is completed smoothly.Work with various teams in assisting new hires on laptops, completing Work day tasks, Scheduling HR orientations HRIS & Documentation: Maintain digital employee records Workday and ensure data integrity within our systems.Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of team-building events, town halls, and internal newsletters.Special Projects: Assist with on-going HR projects in the countryWhat We’re Looking ForCurrent Student: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you’ll be talking to a lot of people!).Discretion:
