The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in React Native, TypeScript, mobile architecture, and API integration, with a passion for delivering high-quality, performant, and secure mobile experiences.ResponsibilitiesMobile Application DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable components aligned with our design system.Ensure excellent user experience, performance, accessibility, and application stability.Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs using secure authentication mechanisms.Engineering ExcellenceWrite clean, testable, and maintainable code following modern software engineering practices.Implement automated testing strategies and adopt Test-Driven Development (TDD) where appropriate.Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve performance, reliability, and security issues.Collaboration & DeliveryWork closely with Product Owners, Architects, Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver business value.Contribute to Agile delivery processes and iterative software development.Support CI/CD implementation and mobile release processes for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.MentoringMentor and support junior developers.Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous learning,



and engineering excellence.RequirementsExperience6+ years of software development experience, with significant experience building enterprise mobile applications using React Native.Proven experience delivering applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.Technical SkillsMust have strong experience in:React NativeReactTypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+)Mobile application architecture and design patternsRedux / Redux Toolkit or similar state management librariesREST API integrationOAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, or token-based authenticationMobile testing frameworks and automated testing practicesGit-based source control workflowsExperience with:CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo, etc.)Performance optimisation and debugging mobile applicationsAgile development methodologiesDesirableFull-stack development experience (Node.Js, NestJS, Java, .NET, or similar)Experience working with microservices-based architecturesCloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience with Jira and ConfluenceExperience working across multiple geographies and regulatory environmentsIdeal CandidateA hands-on React Native developer who can build scalable, secure, and high-performing mobile applications, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and help drive engineering excellence across the mobile platform.
