Job DescriptionA Cluster Delivery head in Intelligent business operations (IBO) is a senior level executive role, driving for the respective cluster, a high performing delivery organization, leading and supporting growth of existing portfolio of accounts, developing process and procedures to govern performance to contracts, deploying the global tools and procedures in respective portfolio of accounts, take active role in developing key client relationships for the respective portfolio, mentoring and creating more leaders of future.The key success factors of the role include building a strong delivery platform, developing a Growth mind set and a growth-based organization, creating strong client partnerships, delivering the committed transformation and productivity commitments and driving industrialized ways of working in terms of best practices, automation penetration and contract management.Must have a strategic mindset supported by a robust track record in driving the results and achieving measurable outcomes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
