You’ll work alongside a dynamic and motivated team of professionals.You'll play a critical role in driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement within the E Block Frame & Loom Line. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (such as engineering, quality, and supply chain), oversee the implementation of Alstom Performance System (APSYS) tools, and ensure the smooth functioning of production operations.You’ll specifically take care of deploying lean manufacturing principles and managing shopfloor teams, but also focus on improving Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD)



metrics.We’ll look to you for:Deploying APSYS tools and methodologies across the shopfloorTraining operators on manufacturing processes and self-inspection techniquesPlanning and managing workforce proactively in coordination with cross-functional teamsMonitoring and driving SQCD performance of the EPUResolving internal and external demerits through containment, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solvingTracking, analysing, and improving SQCD KPIs through continuous improvement actionsEscalating issues in a timely manner using appropriate tools and reporting systemsImplementing product and process changes as required (CR/ECR/DR/Retrofit)Driving issue closure and sustaining improvements through robust action plansAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or related disciplines)5+ years of experience in assembly industries such as automotive, railways, commercial vehicles, or other manufacturing sectorsShopfloor team management experienceHands-on exposure to lean production systems and foundational supply chain conceptsExperience with PDCA, SWIP, and structured problem-solving methodologiesStrong familiarity with production and quality tools, including control plans, PFMEA, and work instructionsExcellent leadership, coaching,
