Title of Job - AI Ops Analyst - CCR Technology

Summary -We are looking for an AI Ops Analyst to support day-to-day operations for Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) Technology applications. The role will focus on monitoring AI/ML-enabled processes, investigating anomalies, supporting incident management, and developing automation and dashboards. The ideal candidate should have sufficient CCR domain knowledge to distinguish genuine risk or data issues from model and pipeline issues and escalate them appropriately.

Responsibilities - * Monitor AI/ML-enabled operational processes, identify model drift, anomalies and output-quality degradation, and support exception-review workflows.

- Build and maintain automated alerts, dashboards and scripts to reduce manual monitoring, reconciliation and operational effort.
- Monitor batch, interface and application health for CCR/exposure systems, investigate exceptions within SLA and support incident management and RCA.
- Apply working knowledge of Counterparty Credit Risk, including exposure, EPE/PFE, limits and collateral, to assess alerts and reconciliation breaks.
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks and audit-ready control evidence while mentoring Analysts and supporting onboarding and cross-training.

Requirements - * 4-7 years of experience in technology operations, production support, AI Ops, MLOps or intelligent-automation environments.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability,



dashboarding and alerting tools, including the ability to build and maintain monitoring logic.
- Working knowledge of Counterparty Credit Risk concepts, including EPE, PFE, exposure, limits and collateral.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills with the ability to work effectively within production SLAs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and coordinate with Model Risk, Data Science, Engineering and Risk teams.
