Job Description : The M365 Collaboration & Copilot Engineer is responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Viva, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. The role focuses on enhancing user productivity, supporting AI-powered workplace solutions, troubleshooting collaboration platform issues, and ensuring service availability across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Microsoft 365 Collaboration Support Administer and support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. Manage collaboration spaces, teams, channels, sites, and shared workspaces. Support Teams meetings, webinars, town halls, and collaboration features. Troubleshoot user access, synchronization, sharing, and collaboration issues. Microsoft 365 Copilot Support Support deployment and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot. Assist users with Copilot functionality across Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. Troubleshoot Copilot licensing, access, indexing, and search-related issues. Monitor Copilot service health and user adoption. Support AI governance, compliance, and security controls. User & Service Administration Manage Microsoft 365 licenses and subscriptions. Configure user permissions and access controls. Support Entra ID integration and authentication services. Administer shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and Microsoft 365 Groups. Security & Compliance Support Microsoft Purview compliance policies. Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls. Manage retention and information protection policies. Assist with audit reviews and security investigations. Incident & Problem Management Resolve L2 incidents and service requests. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues. Coordinate with Microsoft support and L3 teams. Maintain SLA compliance.



Monitoring & Reporting Monitor M365 and Copilot service health. Generate adoption, usage, and operational reports. Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
