Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to collection performance.

Track key collection parameters including targets, achievements, outstanding amounts, recovery, productivity, and team performance.

Maintain and update collection databases, trackers, and performance dashboards.

Prepare daily collection and productivity reports for management review.

Monitor team-wise, branch-wise, location-wise, and employee-wise performance.

Identify data gaps, discrepancies, and variances and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy of MIS.

Generate ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by the Collections and Management teams.

Support the Collections team with performance analysis, ageing reports, allocation reports, and follow-up trackers.





Maintain proper records of collection-related data and ensure timely reporting.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and consolidate required information.

Assist in preparing dashboards and presentations for periodic business reviews.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and basic data analysis.

Knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard preparation.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Good attention to detail and data accuracy.

Ability to work with large volumes of data.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work within strict reporting timelines.

Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
