Role Summary
Responsible for designing and executing channel specific learning roadmaps, delivering high quality ILT, VILT, and digital learning content, managing L&D; projects, partnering with business stakeholders, and driving continuous self development and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute approved Channel Learning Roadmaps in line with timelines and business priorities
• Partner with Channel Heads / Training Heads through structured reviews and action tracking
• Manage and deliver L&D; projects end to end with clear milestones and stakeholder sign off
• Design and develop ILT / VILT content including modules, assessments, scripts, videos, TTT, and learning roadmaps
• Create digital learning content (storyboards,



videos, e learning, EDMs) with quality and timeliness
• Conduct field visits / virtual connects to capture ground insights and enhance learning relevance
• Drive self development through certifications and structured learning
• Conceptualize and implement new L&D; initiatives aligned to business needs
