- Check garments according to approved quality standards and specifications.
- Identify defects such as stitching, measurement, fabric, shade, stains, holes and finishing issues.
- Check garment measurements against the approved measurement chart.
- Ensure proper stitching, seam, trimming and finishing quality.
- Separate defective garments and inform the concerned Team Leader/Supervisor.
- Conduct in-line and/or final inspection as assigned.
- Maintain quality checking records and defect reports.
- Follow AQL and company quality procedures where applicable.
- Coordinate with production operators to prevent repeated defects.
- Ensure only approved-quality garments move to the next process.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the checking workstation.
- Follow company safety and quality requirements.
