Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Executive to join our Workers Compensation line of business within the IMU Insurance P&C; team. The role involves reviewing and validating claim documents, updating claim information per established procedures, and ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while meeting productivity and quality targets.

Responsibilities

- Review and identify different types of claim‑related documents.
- Verify and update claim information according to set requirements and procedures.
- Research and gather Workers Compensation claim data from internal and external sources.
- Process transactions in compliance with desktop procedures and company policies.
- Achieve individual productivity and quality goals on a daily basis.
- Integrate procedural changes into daily workflow promptly.
- Provide quality reviews to ensure accuracy of claim entries when required.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal audit standards.




- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve claim issues.
- Escalate complex or high‑risk claims to senior management as needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in insurance claims processing, preferably Workers Compensation.
- Basic experience in reviewing documents and validating information.
- Proficiency with claim management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet defined productivity and quality metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation regulations and procedures.
- Adaptability to procedural changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
