Job Description
Wipro is looking for an experienced Tosca Architect / Test Automation Architect to lead enterprise-level quality engineering and test automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca, automation architecture, QA leadership, CI/CD, API testing and modern testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities

- Design and define enterprise test automation strategies and frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
- Provide technical and architectural guidance for Tosca-based automation solutions.
- Lead automation initiatives across web, API, database and enterprise applications.
- Define automation standards, best practices, reusable components and governance models.
- Lead and mentor QA automation teams and provide technical direction to team members.
- Collaborate with business, development, product and technology stakeholders to understand testing requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in automation coverage, execution efficiency and quality metrics.
- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
- Participate in test strategy, estimation, planning, execution and release readiness activities.
- Support API, ETL/ELT, functional, regression,



performance and security testing initiatives.
- Analyze test results, identify risks and drive defect resolution with development teams.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, QA processes, test governance and quality standards.
- Provide technical leadership in a fast-paced, distributed and Agile environment.

Required Skills
- 14+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing.
- 5+ years of experience in QA leadership, Test Architecture or managerial roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.
- Experience designing and implementing Tosca automation frameworks and architectures.
- Experience with automation across Web, API, SAP and/or Database applications.
- Robust understanding of SDLC, STLC, QA methodologies and Agile/Scrum.
- Experience in API testing using Postman, SoapUI or similar tools.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT testing.
- Exposure to performance/load testing and security testing.
- Experience integrating automation with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.
- Strong understanding of test automation governance, reusable components and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and team-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced enterprise environment.
