Senior HR Business Partner

? Location: Mumbai – Western Suburbs (Malad)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition, with a focus on lateral Retail hiring within the BFSI sector.
- Design, implement, and evaluate HR programs supporting employee engagement, retention, and talent development.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and continuous improvement.
- Provide HR advisory and coaching to managers on performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and other HR matters.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify improvement areas and develop data-driven HR solutions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support effective decision-making.

Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory; a Master’s degree in HR will be an advantage.




- 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.
- Experience in designing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
- Robust knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai to visit branches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to HR decision-making.

Preferred Profile: Candidates with strong experience in BFSI, Retail hiring, Talent Acquisition, and HRBP functions.
