Product Strategy & Roadmap :

· Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile applications.

· Drive product innovation by identifying market trends, customer needs, and business

opportunities.

· Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements and development

plans.

· Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, analytics, and business

impact.

Product Lifecycle Management :

· Own the end-to-end product lifecycle including ideation, requirements gathering,

development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.

· Create and manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.

· Monitor product performance and continuously improve user experience through data-

driven insights.

· Ensure timely delivery of product releases while maintaining quality standards. Cross-Functional

Collaboration : · Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, QA, Marketing, and Business stakeholders. · Act as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical teams. · Facilitate product planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings.



· Partner with design teams to interpret and validate UI/UX concepts and user journeys. Team Leadership : · Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve product goals. · Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. · Drive alignment across stakeholders and resolve conflicting priorities effectively.

Customer Experience & Analytics : · Champion a customer-centric approach by gathering and analyzing user feedback. · Utilize product analytics, customer insights, and market research to guide decision-making. · Define and track key product KPIs, engagement metrics, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction measures. · Conduct competitor analysis and recommend strategies for product differentiation. Stakeholder Management & Communication · Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations to leadership and stakeholders. · Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes effectively. · Provide regular updates on product performance, delivery timelines, and strategic initiatives.
