- Operate the fusing machine safely and efficiently.
- Fuse interlining with fabric as per approved garment specifications.
- Set and monitor temperature, pressure and fusing time according to the approved standard.
- Check proper bonding between fabric and interlining.
- Identify defects such as bubbling, peeling, wrinkles, uneven fusing and shade/appearance issues.
- Ensure correct fabric and interlining are used for each style.
- Maintain proper feeding and alignment of fabric panels.
- Conduct regular quality checks during production.
- Inform the Team Leader/Supervisor immediately about machine or quality problems.
- Maintain production and quality records as required.
- Keep the fusing machine and work area clean and organized.
- Follow machine safety, PPE and company procedures.
- Avoid fabric wastage and handle materials carefully.
- Support preventive maintenance and report machine abnormalities to Maintenance
