- RFP / RFI / RFQ Management

- Develop high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, tenders, and customer questionnaires.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear, structured, and compelling solution responses.
- Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to gather technical, functional, commercial, and operational inputs.
- Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during the sales and pre-sales lifecycle.
- Support sales teams in understanding customer requirements and positioning appropriate solutions.
- Participate in solution discussions and help articulate technical and business value to customers.
- Solution Demonstrations & Proof of Concepts

- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) as required.
- Tailor demonstrations and solution presentations based on specific customer requirements and use cases.
- Address customer questions during technical and solution discussions.
- Proposal & Documentation

- Create comprehensive solution proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), technical write-ups, estimates, presentations, and other pre-sales documentation.
- Ensure proposals clearly capture scope, solution approach, assumptions, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Maintain consistency and quality across customer-facing documentation.
- Reusable Solution Assets

- Develop and maintain reusable pre-sales and solution assets including:

- Presentations and pitch decks
- Case studies
- Solution and architecture diagrams
- Proposal templates
- Technical and functional content
- Customer-specific solution collateral
- Customer Engagement

- Participate in customer meetings, workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, solution discussions, and presentations.




- Understand customer business challenges, requirements, and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to convert customer needs into practical solution approaches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Operations teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
- Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate proposal submissions.
- Support smooth transition of finalized solutions from pre-sales to delivery teams.

- Strong experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, solution engineering, business consulting, or a related role.
- Experience preparing and responding to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, tenders, and customer questionnaires.
- Strong capability in developing solution proposals, SOWs, presentations, estimates, and technical documentation.
- Experience conducting customer presentations, product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and workshops.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into structured business and technical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple pre-sales activities simultaneously.
- Positive understanding of solution architecture and technology concepts, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong proficiency in developing professional presentations and customer-facing documentation.
- Experience or domain knowledge in US Healthcare is an added advantage.
