Basic Requirements

- Minimum 6+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
- Total IT experience of 15+ years.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Operations, Administration, and Development.
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting, platform customization, tool configuration, design, deployment, and development.
- Experience developing and customizing ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Workflow Management.
- Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and Process Automation.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations using REST, SOAP, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and related technologies.
- Strong development experience using JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing consulting skills.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night shifts when required.

Preferred Skills





- Understanding of Configuration Management and ITIL processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow Scoped Applications.
- Experience with Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, Automated Test Framework (ATF), Predictive Intelligence, Agent Workspace, and Mobile Applications.
- Strong expertise in Web Services Integration including SOAP, REST, JSON, and JDBC.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, ports, firewalls, network protocols, and IP networking.
- Strong presentation, documentation, and technical writing capabilities.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and team members through consultative engagement.
- Experience administering ServiceNow instances including:

- User and Group Delegation
- CMS Modifications
- Workflows
- Business Rules
- UI Actions
- UI Policies
- ACL Management
- Dictionary Configuration
- Catalog Items
- Solution Enhancements and Platform Updates

Certifications

- Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Preferred: ITIL Certification.
- Additional ServiceNow Certifications such as CAD, CIS, CTA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
