Asset Lifecycle Management, Endpoint Compliance, Self-Heal and Self-Help platforms, and workflow orchestration through Agentic AI solutions. What You do This leadership role requires a proven track record of improving customer satisfaction, increasing operational efficiency, optimizing workforce productivity, and delivering measurable business outcomes in large enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Digital Workplace Services for a global enterprise workplace. Manage Global Service Desk, End User Support, and Deskside Support operations. Drive service excellence through improved SLA, FCR, MTTR, and CSAT performance. Lead Endpoint Management , device lifecycle, patching, software deployment, and workplace engineering.
