Job Overview Manages client accounts, develops relationships, identifies sales opportunities, and assists senior team members in achieving sales targets. to ensure smooth implementation • Preparation of detailed account plan for key accounts • Responsible for consistently adding recent opportunities and growing the opportunity funnel • Responsible for managing the opportunities at each stage - from concept to production by collaborating across teams • Responsible for managing key metrices in SFDC such as pipeline, conversion, must wins • Delivering Extraordinary Customer experience to CLS customers • Perform Competitor analysis • Knowhow of Appliance Industry. • Market Analysis of Business Verticals (HVAC & appliance sub verticals - Refrigeration, Washing machines etc) and Develop strategy to increase TE Content • Know-how of Electronics & Electrical Architecture, Wiring Harness/ Connector. • Close coordination with OEM's Product Engineering & Operations. • Flexible for all modes of working- Hybrid/ Work from Home • Experience of working with Appliance OEM is pre
