When you start the application process you will be presented with a drop down menu showing all countries, Please ensure that you select a country where the role is based. • Financing and Securities Services ("FSS") is a product division within Corporate & Investment Banking ("CIB") offering Custody, Fund Services, Transfer Agency and Digital Assets. • The FSS Global Process Owner Transfer Agency (GPO TA) Operations is a key leadership role accountable for GPO Transfer Agency Operations strategy across FSS Operations. The role is responsible for ensuring a transparent strategic vision, journey and outcome to build a scalable, resilient and client-centric operations that meet business, client, regulatory, financial and control requirements.



• The role holder will be a key stakeholder in setting and delivering the FSS Operations strategy, managing Transfer Agency operational strategic service delivery outcomes and acting as the senior Operations leader for GPO Transfer Agency. The individual will work with the FSS business, other FSS Operations Global Process Owners, Regional Heads and GBS Head on a front-to-back basis. The role will support business growth, drive the right-shoring agenda, respond to outsourcing and regulatory change, and ensure that GPO Transfer Agency market requirements are incorporated into a consistent global operating model.
