About the Role: Responsible for the design, configuration,



and ongoing maintenance of Workday, supporting global and local enhancements and change requests. Support the Talent Development and Performance functional areas. Analyze business requirements from HR and other users and translate them into effective Workday solutions. Provide system support and functional analysis to meet business needs. Present proposed solutions to key stakeholders and obtain approval for changes. Maintain alignment with the global Workday design template while maximizing native Workday capabilities. Communicate solutions, impacts, and recommendations clearly across stakeholder groups. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, maintain, and optimize Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect for Benefits/Third-Party Payroll, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
