Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice interactions.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow defined process, quality and customer service standards.




- Meet assigned performance and service targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Any Graduate can apply.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant Customer Support/BPO experience are welcome.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication is mandatory.
- Transparent and effective communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
