Job Summary Overview • RRSD Unit faces the Group Risk Function with a peripheral support to CEO CIB Function. It handles wide spectrum of activities to support the Enterprise Risk Analytics, Traded Risk Management, Risk & Compliance Reporting teams of the Group Risk. This JR is for a role to support non-financial risk reporting, predominantly in the Operational risk reporting space. Risk & Compliance Reporting Operational risk • Operational Risk (OR) is an inherent part of the Group's business and is defined as the "Potential for loss from inadequate or failed internal processes, technology events, human error, or from the impact of external events (including legal risks)". There is a requirement to help manage the Bank's operational risk, provide oversight and governance and support first line and second line on key reporting requirements.



Key Responsibilities Strategy • Ensure appropriate BAU controls are being established within RRSD and deployed effectively in GBS. • Support current Business requests through Project and change management • Look for possibilities of leveraging on synergy within the various process through automation thereby bringing in improvements. Business • Ensure adherence to the requirement of timely, accurate and complete distribution of operational risk reports. • Data quality gaps to be identified and addressed along with Operational risk reporting. Implement adequate data quality Operational risk controls in BAU processes. • Appreciate the underlying data and prepare key highlights to callout the significant moves. • Review adequacy of covenants by engaging with business and credit stakeholders. To lead on critical operational risk projects working closely with project/ Data strategy and onshore team. Advance the roll out and adoption of operation
