Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Admission Counselor / Inside Sales Executive to handle prospective parent inquiries, counsel parents about our school programs, conduct follow-ups, and convert qualified leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective parents.
• Understand parents' requirements and provide appropriate information about school programs.
• Counsel parents and guide them through the admission process.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Schedule and coordinate school/hub visits for prospective parents.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely conversion of leads into admissions.




• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with the school team to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Provide a positive and professional experience to parents throughout the admission journey.

Requirements• Mandatory experience in school admissions, education counseling, inside sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales/admission targets.
• Positive follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Own laptop is mandatory.
• Comfortable working Monday to Saturday from the Pune location.
• Candidates with experience in school admissions or EdTech sales will be preferred.
