Role Description The Cluster Business Head is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Nalgonda, responsible for driving business growth and operational performance across a designated cluster of branches.



This role oversees sales of home and secured business loans, sets and monitors targets, and ensures achievement of revenue, portfolio quality, and profitability objectives. Daily activities include managing and mentoring branch teams, monitoring lead generation and conversions, reviewing key performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention. The Cluster Business Head coordinates with credit, operations, and collections teams to maintain compliance, control risks, and ensure high-quality customer service. The role also involves market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing local partnerships, and ensuring adherence to company processes, digital-first practices, and regulatory guidelines.

• Strong experience in retail lending or home finance, with a track record of driving business growth and managing multi-branch operations.
