Stakeholder Management: The GPO collaborates with various stakeholders, including business leaders, process owners, and IT teams. They communicate process changes, gather feedback, and address concerns.
Performance Measurement: The GPO establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process effectiveness. They analyse data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.
Governance and Compliance: The GPO ensures compliance with regulations, policies, and industry standards. They implement controls to mitigate risks and maintain process integrity.
Change Management:



The GPO leads change initiatives related to process improvements, technology implementations, or organizational restructuring. Managing process changes and ensuring smooth adoption. Addressing resistance and fostering a positive culture.
Process Expertise: In-depth understanding of the specific process area they oversee. Knowledge of industry best practices and benchmarks.

o Accounting (or finance) graduate degree minimum or master’s or semi qualified accountants
o Minimum of 10 up to 20 years accounting experience ideally with a large national or international organizations preferable manufacturing vertical
o Previous experience as GPOs in any MNCs is added advantage.
